Experience is welcome, but it isn’t the only thing that matters. Personality, reliability, curiosity and genuine passion for your sport matter just as much.

There is no guaranteed paid role at the moment, and we can’t promise the project will ever become meaningful paid work. But if the project earns money from the content and value contributors help create, we believe those contributors should share in that success.
